I was introduced to a version of this dish by my brother in law. This is a breakfast dish he has made for me a few times. When I was first served it, I thought it was unique to say the least. But I gave it a try, and was pleasantly surprised.
I am not a trained chef nor do I claim to be one, but I do have God given abilities and a skillfulness in the kitchen to keep me exploring, experimenting, and evolving. I have always had an extreme infatuation and craving for cooking, and a love to nurture and help others.
